My Two Babies: Betsy & Bubba

In Memory of Betsy Lou AKA Betty Boop

It was 2006 and I had recently lost a dog who died of Kidney failure, and went to visit a friend who was rehousing two dogs that she didn’t want to separate. It was love at first sight. That’s when I adopted my babies that I named Bubba and Betsy. At only 6 months, they were still shy. But I knew it would work out and agreed to take both. We soon became family.

Betsy loved to sing and dance, and was very lovable and cuddly. She had a smile that took your breath away. No matter how mad you got her, she just lit up a room. She had two litters, and her offspring were: Snowflake & Rocky, (DOB 3/19/2009) and Summer & Cocoa (DOB 10/31/2010).

Until we meet again, my baby girl.
