What music, secular and/or religious, should be played?Favorite collections of songs are perfect for in the funeral home or your special place of gathering. Hymns may be chosen for the funeral home, special place or church.

What mementos, photographs, keepsakes, hobbies or awards should be present?These choices communicate to loved ones what was very important to you.

What poem or verse should be read and/or what messages do you want delivered?A final salute, reflection or teaching moment to friends and loved ones.

What clothing, jewelry and scent will you wear?Disregard if an urn will be present.
