Thomas B. Taylor

Thomas B. Taylor, age 70, of McKeesport, died August 18, 2023, at home. Born April 22, 1953, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Samuel Paul and Anna (Capers) Taylor.
Thomas was a former machinist for U.S. Steel - Irvin Works. He was a member of St. Paul AME Church in McKeesport. Thomas used to enjoy roller skating and playing cards with family and friends.
Thomas is survived by his siblings, Nathaniel Taylor Sr., James Taylor, John Taylor, and Helen E. Taylor; nieces, Dianna James and Ann Williams and nephews, Lawrence Gooden, Devin Taylor, John Taylor, James Taylor, Nathaniel Taylor Jr., and  Joseph Taylor; and a host of relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Mary Byrant, Charles S. Taylor, Erleen Gooden, Sylvia Thomas, Rev. Robert Taylor, Betty Ann Taylor, and Joseph R. Taylor.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at St. Paul AME Church, 1350 Locust Street in McKeesport, on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 10 a.m. The memorial service is at 11 a.m., with  Rev. Paul Waite officiating.
