Robert Arthur Boot, age 81, of North Huntington, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on February 16, 2024. Born April 20, 1942, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Arthur "Dink" and Martha (Campbell) Boot and the husband of Joan (Kohl) Boot for 57 years.
He worked at Westinghouse for 18 years and Meco/Whemco as an electrician until he retired. Bob was a graduate of McKeesport High School.
He served in the US Navy for four years on the Destroyers USS Forrest B Royal & USS Arcadia as a Maintenance Foreman and Damage controller during the Vietnam War.

Bob and his wife Joan were always together, riding their trike, traveling the country in their RV, vacationing to see family, or visiting New England.
He was an avid model railroader and loved hunting and fishing. If you couldn't find him, he would be in his game room playing with his trains or at his hunting camp in Bedford, PA, with his cousin.
