Matilda S. Blank

Matilda S. Blank, age 77, of Butler, formerly of the McKeesport area, died October 17, 2023, at Butler Memorial Hospital.  Born May 9, 1946, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth C. and Elizabeth (Lockhart) Davis and the wife of the late Edward G. Blank, Sr.  Matilda was a die-hard Elvis fan, enjoyed to travel, and her most memorable trip was to Graceland with her son.  One of her favorite pastimes was playing the one-armed bandits at the casino.  She loved her family with all her heart and cherished her grandchildren.  She is survived by children, Susan (Joseph) Berkeley and Edward Jr., (Mandy) Blank; grandchildren, Kenneth Andrew Blank and Brittany Diane Blank; siblings, Kenneth Davis and Barb Bodnar; granddogs, Sammie and Bella.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.  Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 12 to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. until the funeral service at 6 p.m.  Condolences and memories may be shared at www.willigfuneralcremationservices.com.  Charles Danforth, Supervisor
