Marie (Benoit) Vickers

Marie Vickers, age 76, of Port Vue, died April 17, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. Born March 7, 1945, in Brentwood, she was the daughter of the late William and Marie Benoit and wife of the late Herbert "Herb" Vickers for 55 years. Marie worked at McKeesport National Bank and then PNC Bank. When her sons were growing up, she was active with the Port Vue Athletic Association and always cheering them on at their ballgames. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and was proud of them all. She is survived by sons, Ron (Dodi Raymer) Vickers, of North Huntingdon, Dean Vickers, of Port Vue, and Tim (Shelly) Vickers, of Jefferson Hills; grandchildren, Matt, Deana (Cory Hildebrand), Brandon, Tiffany, Connor, Lance, and Lia Vickers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a daughter in law Penny McCombs.  She was also preceded in death by grandson Dominic; sister Eileen Walker and brother William Benoit.
