Deena L. Kugler

Deena Kugler, age 71, of North Huntingdon, formerly of McKeesport, died June 17, 2023, at UPMC McKeesport. Born February 3, 1952, she was the daughter of the late William C. Libengood and Helen (Beaver) Libengood Armstrong and the wife of the late Richard R. Kugler Jr.
Deena retired from UPMC McKeesport, where she was a Health Unit Coordinator. She was a devoted member of St. Agnes Church in Irwin. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Deena is survived by her son, Micheal (Lisa) Kugler; grandchildren, Abbie Kugler, Nolan Kugler, and Lily Kugler; sister, Barbara Palatucchi; sister-in-law, Michelle Miller; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Deena was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Libengood, and sister, Jana Kelley.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, July 7, 2023, from 9 a.m. until the time of the Blessing Service at 11 a.m. Inurnment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
