Beverly Prokop Obituary

Beverly A. Prokop, age 86, of McKeesport, died September 16, 2020, at Kane Community Living Center of McKeesport. Born January 24, 1934, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Dzugan) Berry and the wife of the late George V. Prokop.
Beverly took great pride in caring for her family and her home. She was a member of the St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church of McKeesport.
She enjoyed sewing and made dresses for her family in her early years.
Beverly is survived by her nieces, Bernadine (Victor) Weiss of New Stanton, and Irene (John) Thornton of West Mifflin; also great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her mother, Beverly was also preceded in death by her sister, Eleanor I. Decker.
A private family visitation and blessing service were held at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.
Burial took place in St. Nicholas Cemetery.
